Investors will not be able to trade the affected security for the duration of the suspension. This can cause a lot of opportunity costs, along with increased risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lifting of the Static Threshold<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a bonus piece of information: a stock that resumes operations after a suspension that lasts a year will have no floor or ceiling. According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/documents.pse.com.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/04\/Revised-Trading-Rules.pdf\">PSE<\/a>, the floor and ceiling of a stock won\u2019t be in place until the next day of trading.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this can lead to large gains as seen in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investagrams.com\/Stock\/PSE:GREEN\">$GREEN<\/a>, it often isn\u2019t worth being a holder of a suspended stock.
